HOW WE CAN HELP YOU

First, use our website to search for a home that meets your criteria for your dream home. Then, allow Michele and me to show you the homes or home that interest you.

We collect no application fee. We do not have you sign a Representation Agreement as is done in larger offices. You will not pay us a commission when you close on a home in which we have helped you. We get paid by the Seller of the property.

We are licensed Texas Real Estate Brokers and owners of our company. You will be working with us, not an agent.

We have also both been licensed Mortgage Brokers for most of the last 10 years, although we are not now processing and closing home loans. We can, however, answer your questions about the home loan process, and are experts at meshing your financing parameters with your desires in a home.
