BEFORE YOU START LOOKING FOR YOUR NEW HOME:

• Check your credit rating. Straighten out any errors before it's too late. If you need help or guidance with this just let us know. We can answer many questions regarding your credit. If you need a referral to someone that can help with disputes we can do that too.
• Determine a comfortable monthly budget for you new purchase, including the down payment and monthly payment (including taxes and insurance).
• Find a loan program that meets your needs and get at a minimum a pre-qualified letter from the lender. We can help you with this.
• Determine what areas meet your needs.
• Decide on important 'wish list' features.

AS YOUR AGENTS, WE WILL:

• Guide you through the entire home buying process, from finding homes to look at, to helping you secure the best financing.
• Provide you with sales comparisons on your home choice so that you can feel comfortable with your purchase offer.
• Negotiate the purchase contract on your behalf.
