Step 4: Marketing.
We will execute a multi-tiered marketing campaign to get your home maximum exposure. We will target not only potential buyers but the local real estate community so that agents in your area are aware that your house is available.
Negotiating the contract and closing the sale. We will follow-up with each agent and potential buyer who views your property, until an offer is received. We will assist in negotiating the best possible price. Then once the contract is agreed to by all parties we will oversee all of the details, providing you with regular updates as you move from approved sales contract to the final closing day.
